Screening Camp @ Besant Nagar

Screening Camp @ Besant Nagar:

SIMS Hospital conducted a screening camp at a temple in Besant Nagar on Friday, 17th March 2017. The camp which lasted from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm screened 112 people.  Basic examinations such as height, weight, BP, random blood sugar and dental checkup were done. This was followed by consultation by a general physician and dental consultation.  Necessary medicines were prescribed and issued by SIMS Hospital.  The camp was organized by Born to Win. About 4 doctors and 5 nurses participated at the camp. Incidence of diabetes, hypertension, upper respiratory tract infection, obesity, dental caries, dental abscess, myalgia and anemia were detected.
