The International Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Day, celebrated on 13 February by The Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons of India (AOMSI) was observed at the SIMS Hospital in Vadapalani, Chennai.
The day was celebrated at its Institute of Craniofacial, Aesthetic, and Plastic Surgery department at its Institute conversations around and celebrates this lesser-known surgical specialty.
Commemorating the occasion, the facility is set to offer free aesthetic assessment and facial pain treatment till 15 of February. SIMS also said it would provide an additional 10 percent discount for procedures if prescribed by doctors.
