SIMS Hospital, Chennai celebrated Women’s day in a grand gala function at Hotel Ramada Plaza Chennai Guindy on the 11th of March. The Highlight of the event was the WOW - WOMAN OF EXCELLENCE AWARDS given to Ms. Padma Janaki CEO & Co-founder of MIND & MOM, Ms. Gayatri T, Co-Founder of V-EMPOWER, Ms. Ineya, Actress and Founder of Anora Arts
Also, we had Panel Discussion by SHE CLINIC doctors - Dr. K R Sharmatha, Consultant – Aesthetic Dermatology | Dr. Sandhya Vasan, Senior Consultant – Obstetrics & Gynaecology & IVF | Dr. N S Saradha, Senior Consultant – Obstetrics, Gynaecology & IVF | Dr. Aruna Rajendran Consultant -Hematology | Dr. Kavya Harika Dendukuri, Consultant - Gastroenterology and Hepatology on various topics like covering specialties like Gastroenterology, Dermatology Cosmetic and general Gynecology, Hematology and other health-related issues among women. It was a wonderful takeaway for the audience.
The event also gave women a platform to showcase their talents in Contests in Ramp walks, Dancing, and Singing. Chief Guests Mrs.Padmapriya Ravi, MD -PERS, Poornima Bhagyaraj , and Actress Gayatri Ravi gave away the awards and prizes to the winners of the various contests.
